2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us - return shipping is down to you the customer for ensuring safely packaged and cost covered by yourself, we would recommend using a tracked service.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund accordingly.
4. We do not accept exchanges unless the item has a fault then we would require photos and upon approval an exact item replacement will be sent to you.
5. Lost Packages - We are only responsible for packages that have been Lost In Transit. For packages that have been marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at final destination then unfortunately we are not responsible for replacing your order.
